In 2005, Founder's set a visionary goal: to create a specialized supply line for aggregates, backed by a fleet of crushers and trucks. This foundational strategy in infrastructure laid the groundwork for steady growth, enabling the company to efficiently deliver materials directly to builders and enhance its reputation for reliability.
In 2010, leadership saw an opportunity to enhance the company’s offerings by venturing into Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC), anticipating the construction industry’s evolving needs. By 2011, Concretech India had established its first RMC plant in Turbhe, marking a major milestone in the company’s commitment to serve large-scale projects with consistent quality and efficiency.
Today, Concretech India operates three RMC plants, collectively producing up to 330,000 cubic meters monthly. Management’s strategic decision to implement backward integration—incorporating in-house production of aggregates, flyash, and other essential materials—has solidified the company’s market position, giving it greater control over quality and efficiency across the supply chain.
With a fleet of over 140 trucks and complete control of the supply chain, Concretech India is well-positioned to offer competitive pricing and highly dependable service. This infrastructure, along with a dedicated commitment to quality, has led to continuous growth, culminating in a turnover of 222 crores last year, with a target of 250 crores this year.
